Returns and Exchanges Policy

All returns following the guidelines listed on this page will be accepted for store credit only, no direct refunds will be issued. Store credit does not expire and can be used at anytime online.   

Guidelines

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery to receive a store credit

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unsoiled, and unwashed.

  • Manufacturer tags,  hangtags and any other applicable accessories must be in-tact and untampered with.

  • We only accept returns not exchanges. If you want to make an exchange you can request a return and use the store credit for another item.

  • We don't hold returns for any items on sale or purchased under any promotion.

  • If you are returning an item, the return cost will be an expense. A label won't be provided.

Merchandise soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags is subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

All clearance items and/or items bought during certain promotional sales are FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for any type of return.

No problem! Just follow the instructions below to return:

Domestic

  1. Send us an email to sales@bobbygolf.com

  2. Once you completed your return request, pack items securely in your package with the return label we will send you (only valid for USA or domestic shipping). Please note: Bobby Golf represented by Grupo Siete UNO is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.

  3. Affix the the return shipping label and order confirmation to your package.

  4. Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox.

International

  1. Contact sales@bobbygolf.com

  2. Pack items securely in your package of choice and include the order confirmation inside. Please note: Bobby Golf represented by Grupo Siete UNO  is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.

  3. Drop your package off at your local post office.

All returns must be shipped back to:

Online purchases will be accepted for store credit. This will be sent to you as a promo code with the value of the purchase via email.

What happens next?

If your package arrives in due time, your return will be inspected and processed for store credit. You will be notified via email to the address used upon checking out with a store credit amount.

Please allow 30 days from the return arrival date to receive notification on your return status.

Shipping Costs

At this time, prepaid return labels are only available to domestic shipping. Return shipping is not refunded in returns or store credit transactions.

Customs charges incurred for returns will be billed to the customer.

International return shipping is also not refunded, and paid for by the customer, not Bobby Golf represented by Grupo Siete UNO.

Defective Items

Bobby Golf values 100% customer satisfaction. Defective items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package) to insure your refund is properly processed.
